2 - The Clash - Police and Thieves.
Bryan Elsley, the creator of skins says that it isn’t a skins series if there isn’t a Clash song included. The Clash were an English rock band that formed in 1976 as part of the original wave of British punk rock.
3 - Motor Head - Ace of Spades.
This is playing as cook arrives at his mother’s house and his little brother paddy is playing on guitar hero to this song. This is playing as cook gets woken up to the sound of his mother having sex with a complete stranger. A low point for cook and the viewers in this episode. This is Segal’s first song in the episode.
4 - The Deadly Syndrome - Emily Paints.
This is the song that is playing through the radio in the common room as JJ and Freddy are playing the table football game. The Deadly Syndrome are from America and haven't really released much in England.
This is the second song playing through the radio in the common room. The Drums are an American band from Brooklyn, New York, with members stemming
6 - Francois & The Atlas Mountain - Royan.
This is one of the major unsigned finds of this season. He's a French lad living in Bristol. This is playing as cook is removed from the common room and is kicked out of college.
7 - Skallywags - Paint Old Street Black.
These are another unsigned band but have split up since making this episode. This is playing as cook goes to see his lawyer about the case against him.
Segal - Relentless
This is Segal’s second score in this episode and is playing as cook goes to see his mothers art display for the first time. This composition's quite different from the previous Segal scores used in skins.
8 - Norah Jones - Come Away.
This is playing in the background of cooks mum’s house as he arrives home from the art exhibition. Norah Jones is an American singer-songwriter, pianist, keyboardist, guitarist, and actress.

This is the second song used from guitar hero and is playing when cooks mother is drunk and playing guitar hero. Thin Lizzy are an Irish hard rock band who formed in Dublin, Ireland in 1969.
Segal - Century.
This is the song playing as we see the first emotional side of cook as he considers what he has done with his life and thinks about Effy.
10 - Simon Says No - Shiver.
This track is played as cook and his little brother paddy take their mothers car and joy ride around Bristol, ending up with a smashed up car. They're an unsigned band from Norway who consider themselves to be a psychedelic, shoe gazer style band.
Segal - Ethering Bridges.
This is playing as Naomi and Cook have a moment outside as they both think about what happened with Sophia and how it has affected them. Another brilliant piece by segal which certainly sets the mood.
UNKLE - Heavy Drug Surrender Sound Remix.
This is a brilliantly uplifting tune from the alternative, electronica two-piece. This is playing as cook is being taken down after pleading guilty at his hearing. This song has a really nice build to it, which makes the grim situation strangely uplifting.
