Skins Movie - early 2011

Here are some informations about the Skins Movie. Yesterday we published the possibility of kaya scodelario to be part of the cast...well, KayascodelarioWeb published this in the website yesterday:

"There have been a few news sources lately who have published articles about Kaya reprising her role as Effy for the Skins movie. I got in contact with her reps, and here is what they had to say:


At this stage there has been no confirmation that Skins The Movie will actually be made so until that happens we would be unable to say whether Kaya was to be involved in the project or not.


At the moment she is very much concentrating on filming Wuthering Heights."

About the Skins Movie just found one website - the Uk Academy of television - that has some informations about this movie (website and twitter).
This is what you can find if you go to the website:

"Skins the Movie is due to be filmed this autumn on the Isle of Man and Bristol. ‘Ex-Isle’ the sole casting agency on the Isle of Man is hoping to cast background artistes and small featured roles for the film.

Bev Lawley, of Ex-Isle, said in a recent interview, ‘I am delighted that Skins the Movie is being made on the Island. This will, hopefully, give young actors the chance of being part of the project.’ She added, ‘ I am always on the lookout for new talent.

Anyone who may be interested in being put forward for the film should contact the UK Acting Academy."

And if you go to the twitter of this website you will see that they wrote this today:

Skins the Movie, likely to commence filming in January or February 2011, on the Isle of Man and Bristol

'Skins the Movie' has now been put back until early next year.

So i guess that we will not know nothing more about this movie till the end of the year...
