I guess that these are the reasons:
"Flint spotted Kaya Scodelario at a Kentish Town McDonalds in North London. He asked the actress if he could borrow her phone, as his mobile's battery had died and he sought to call his brothers. Scodelario and her boyfriend, Tittensor, ignored the teen, who had just left a bowling facility, celebrating his brother's birthday."
Oliver´s mother said:
"Oliver had had a few drinks, but certainly wasn't drunk. He asked Kaya if he could borrow her phone but she ignored him. He then went and asked the young man who was sitting in the car. We think the car was going at about 40mph when it braked really hard and Oliver flew into the road and hit his head on the kerb. But the young man in the car apparently just drove off without a second thought or care for him."
Well... let´s see how this ends.
It seems that Kaya is a witness of this case.
