Kaya Scodelario offers advice on exam results stress

Kaya Scodelario is teaming up with the Samaritans to help students cope with exam results. A recent survey by the Samaritans and YouGov discovered that the pressure of achieving good exam results is one of the biggest worries for almost 30% of people aged 18 to 24. Kaya is on hand to provide advice on how to handle the stress, and to remind young people that the Samaritans is always available to help. Sal Lalji, spokesperson for the charity says, 'Panic, anxiety, fear and worrying about failure are just some of the emotions that might be running through the minds of students. Talking about how you feel can help you gain perspective, feel more in control and find solutions to your problems.'
