Olá ou Namaste! O meu nome é Cassie! ou meera nom cassie hai! Namaste é indi... nao é fabuloso? Eu também consigo dizer 2 a que horas é o almoço" em checo! Penso que seja " V kolik hodin he obed?" Não é fantástico? Agora sabes que nunca tenho fome na República Checa! não é bom ter fome...
Eu consigo dizer " Amo-te" em 7 línguas diferentes! Em checo é "Milnji te"! Falando de amor, wow, eu amo o amor! O amor é como se fosse o teu melhor amigo que não vês muitas vezes! Sabes que está sempre lá, mas é dificil agarrá-lo! E quando finalmente o encontras é fabuloso e queres abraça-lo e nunca o deixares fugir!
Eu adoro países diferentes! Por exemplo, agora estou em Elgin! Elgin fica na Escócia! Mas poderia estar em qualquer lugar do mundo! Marrakesh ou Perú! Algum lugar quente onde fazem crescer o chocolate! Sabias que o chocolate apenas aumenta ou diminui 20 centímentros consoante a localização no equador?
Elgin é bom! não existe chocolate a crescer aqui mas as pessoas sorriem bastante, dizem-te olá e perguntam como estás. E depois nós dizemos " Olá" e "Tudo bem, obrigado" em retorno, "Obrigado por perguntar!"
Adoro ler grandes livros com grandes letras . E adoro colocar o livro a tapar-me a cara para que ninguém me possa ver! E depois tiro-o da cara para que toda a gente possa!
Não acontece muitas vezes , mas, se tiver sorte, eu estarei no autocarro a ler e estará uma pequena menina ou menino sentados à minha frente! Consigo sempre fazer as crianças rir! Talvez porque sou como elas! Depois gosto de jogar ás escondidas com o meu grande livro!Faz-lhes rir!Faz-me rir! Eu queria ter crianças para jogar às escondidas! Claro que não só! Gostava de lhes dar comida e vesti-las!
Adoro dar coisas para caridade...
Adoro dar as roupas que depois de usá-las se tornam demasiado grandes ou pequenas, ou apertadas ou largas!
Gosto de roupas brilhantes e coloridas... Bem, depende do meu humor, mas agora eu adoro o vermelho e o rosa e o amarelo e o laranja!As cores do coração, presumo...
O que mais adoro é comprar as roupas nas lojas de caridade... costuma fazer histórias sobre as pessoas que estavam por trás dessas roupas. Quem eram elas? O que gostavam? Quem amavam? talvez alguém faça isso agora também quando vai buscar as minhas roupas. Achas que me iriam descobrir? Uma rapariga chamada Cassie, que amava um rapaz chamado...?
Ambições. Sempre quis ser uma boneca russa! Uma das vermelhas. Com um grande par de olhos azuuis brilhantes e de olhos pintados, e com umas bochechas rosadas! E a minha boca estaria pintada de vermelho! Teria uma flor no meu peito, uma rosa, e duas pequenas mãos de cada lado! poderia ser embrulhada, 2, 3 e 4 vezes até fica muito pequenina! Muito pequenina!

Hello.
My name is Cassie and I am seventeen.
I collect love heart sweets: you can change the messages if you scratch them, you just need a pin. I like foreign packaging on snack foods. And Japanese toys. When I was little I used to make sculptures out of my mashed potato, like, a snowman with peas for eyes. I don’t think I’ve grown up. I think some biscuits are like lego blocks. Rich teas have to be stacked in fours. I like symmetry.
I like holding my baby brother, Reuben. He has this way of looking at me and I know he understands exactly what’s going on. He’s a baby genius. A chubby baby genius. I reckon Reuben will be very successful when he grows up. Possibly even Prime Minister. And he’ll have a really gorgeous Scandanavian wife. And I’ll be jealous of their children because they’ll be bilingual.
My husband will wear his glasses all the time. Even in the shower. And instead of children we’ll have cats. And our cats will play with Michelle’s children, who will have ringlets and rosy cheeks and really, really shiny shoes.
AMBITIONS: When you think about it, the world is so huge and people ask "What are you going to do?", as if you can do that much. Know what I mean? It’s hard to think about. I am going to buy a telescope and stare at the sky for hours though. And travel a lot, like to Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, wow. And of course, I’ll go to Japan and take photos of all the beautiful sushi. What an album that would make!
BANDS: I like David Bowie – space odditty, wow. The Cure. Bright Eyes, Death Cab for Cutie, Emmy The Great, Joanna Newsom (she sounds like an elf, she plays the harp. She’s the closest to magical a human can be). Hot Chip (for dancing dancing dancing!)
TELEVISION: Six Feet Under, The Mighty Boosh
FILMS: I love Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. But silent movies are better – you can’t beat black and white images of men tying girls to train tracks. I’d like to be Louise Brooks, Clara Bow and Buster Keaton.
BOOKS: My favourite book is Kitchen by Banana Yoshimoto. It’s beautiful. It’s about being lost but it’s not all bleak. It makes me cry.

Hello, or namaste. My name is Cassie. Or Meera nam Cassie hai. Namaste is Hindi for ‘I bow to you’ - isn't that amazing? I can also say "what time is lunch?" in Czech. I think it’s "V kolik hodin he obed?" Isn’t that cool? So now you know that I'd never go hungry in the Czech Republic. It’s not good to go hungry. I can say I love you in seven different languages. In Czech it’s "milnji te." Talking of love, wow, I love love. Love is like your best friend that you don’t see a lot. You know they’re always there but they’re just hard to get hold of. And when you do finally find them, it’s just great and you want to hug them and never let them go.I love different countries, too. Like now I’m in Elgin. That’s in Scotland. But I could be anywhere in the world. Marrakesh or Peru. Somewhere hot where they grow chocolate. Did you know that chocolate only grows 20 degrees or less from the equator? Elgin’s nice. There’s no chocolate growing here, but the people smile a lot and say ‘hello’ and ‘how are you.’ And then you say ‘hello’ back and ‘I’m really fine. Thanks for asking.’
I like reading really big books with big words. And holding the book up to my face so that no one can see me. And then taking it down again, so that everyone can. It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes, if I’m lucky, I’ll be on the bus and I’ll be reading, and there’ll be a little boy or a little girl sitting opposite me. I can always make little children laugh. Maybe because I’m sort of like them. Then I like playing hide and seek with them - with my big book. It makes them giggle. It makes me giggle. I’d have children just to play hide and seek with them…not just that, of course. I’d like feed them and dress them up too.
I love giving to charities too. I love giving my clothes away after I’ve used them, and they’re either too small or too big or too tight or too loose. Sometimes they’re too dull. I like bright colours on clothes. Well it depends on what mood I’m in, but right about now, I like reds and pinks and yellows and oranges - colours of the heart, I guess. What I love even more is buying clothes from charity shops. I used to make up stories about the people behind the clothes. Who were they? What do they like? Who did they love? Maybe someone will do that when they pick up my clothes. Do you think they’ll work me out? A girl called Cassie, who loved a boy called...?
Ambitions: I always wished I could be a Russian Doll. A red one. With a big pair of bright blue eyes and painted on eyelashes and pink rosy cheeks. Really rosy. And my mouth would be painted on red like a bow. I’d have a flower on my chest - a rose - and two small little hands by my side. And then I could be un wrapped, two, three, four times until I was small. Really small.
