E4 released today the synopsis of the episode of "Effy" and we have 2 new stills of this next episode.

As you can imagine there´s spoilers in the synopsis so don't read more if you don't want to know! :)

"Effy has been in a psychiatric hospital recovering since she tried to take her own life.

After lots of sessions with her counsellor John Foster, he tells her she is ready to go back home. Effy is worried she could slip back into her previous state, but John assures her that as long as she is disciplined she will be ok, and she will still visit him for sessions.

Effy becomes clear headed, focussed and hopeful for the future, taking each day at a time. As all of her friends receive their A-level results, Effy seems to have moved on completely from the Effy Stonem she used to be.

Freddie and Anthea become concerned; Effy’s stronger and more self-assured than she’s ever been, but something isn’t right."

"Effy (Kaya Scodelario) has been in a psychiatric hospital, but with the help of Anthea (Morwenna Banks) and her counsellor John Foster (Hugo Speer) she finds the will to get stronger and return home. Effy is worried, but she is assured that so long as she is disciplined she will be ok. Her life is now dictated by routine and self-control. Anthea has completely cleared out her room so there's no evidence of the old Effy remaining. She appears happy, clear and hopeful for the future. She goes to visit Freddie (Luke Pasqualino) and tries to pick up where they left off, but it's not that easy now that she has to live life by the strict routines she has set herself. Freddie and Anthea become concerned about her, she's stronger and more self-assured than ever, but something isn't right.

Heat Magazine has this paragraph dedicated to the episode of Freddie in skins season 4!

"Last year's Freddie-based episode (mostly set in his shed) was a stand-out and this year's is too. This time, he and Effy are ensconced in Effy's parents' house alone, so indulge in an orgy of pleasure. But the course of true love hits a bump when he realizes he needs to do some coursework. Kaya Scodelario and Luke Pasqualino are brilliant, while Will Young pops up in a nice cameo."

OK, so now we know that Will Young will be in this episode and that there will be finally lots of Freffy to see!
